How to Measure Yourself in 4 Easy Steps

Step 1: Get Ready

Grab a sewing tape measure (inches side) and a notepad to record your numbers.

Step 2: Band Measurement

While wearing your favorite bra and a thin tee, wrap the tape snugly around your rib cage (just below the bust). Record this number.

Step 3: Bust Measurement

Wrap the tape over the fullest part of your bust. Keep it level but not tight. Record this number to determine your cup size.

Step 4: Calculate Your Size

Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. If your band is below 38", round up 1-2 inches for the best fit.
